Returns + Refunds

Return Policy

At Just Write Stationery, we carefully inspect and package each order to ensure it arrives safely. Due to the nature of our small-batch inventory, we currently only accept returns for items that arrive damaged.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the damage
• Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Once we review your request, we will offer one of the following:

• Replacement (if available)
• Refund (if replacement is unavailable)
• Exchange (of equal or lesser value)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect items ordered by customer
• Minor variations in color or design (due to screen differences)

Processing Time

Once approved, replacements, refunds, or exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days.
